Objectives The purpose of software and hardware complex development is the information application of the technological process control system of the experimental plant. Software environment for control and monitoring will allow the developers: to control actuating mechanisms of pulp preparation section; to collect, process and analyze data from the sensors for monitoring and assessing the state of the control object; to carry out experimental research in the plant with the purpose of setting, alignment and optimization of plant control systems; to conduct classes for students on the study of the hardware and software means for automation of technological processes. 4

Conclusions Implementation of the software and hardware complex for the experimental plant will allow the researches to carry out a number of experiments on technological process investigation as well as setting and optimization of the control system. The possibilities for analysis and adjustment of CAM projects proposed by the complex design allow us to develop software in the laboratory environment and to reduce project costs and implementation period. In conclusion it should be mentioned that the next step in the program development is module working out for the synthesis and setting the individual local control loops of the technological parameters for the experimental plant. 12
