Bullying What we can do about it at Charlotte Central School!

What is bullying? Bullying means any overt act or combination of such acts directed against a student by another student or group of students and which: (a) occurs during the school day on school property, on a school bus, or at a school - sponsored activity; (b) is intended to ridicule, humiliate, or intimidate the student; and (c) is repeated over time.

How does bullying make people feel?

What can you do if you know about or see bullying? 1. Tell an adult! 2. Walk away from the bully! 3. Go to a safe place! 4. Give the bully an I message! 5. Be ASSERTIVE! 6. Fill out a bullying report form! 7. Be an ALLY!
