Short biograpy Olimpiada Ivanova was born in 1970 in the village of Munsuti, Zivilsk district, Chuvashia. She has been going in for sport walking since 14. The first trainer of the future world record holder was Nicoly Rodionov – an honoured trainer of Russia. Now her trainer is her husband Adward Ivanov – an honoured trainer of Russia. She graduated from the Chuvash State Pedagogical Institute and the Institute of Tourism and Service. She has got a daughter Mary. In Helsinki on the 7 of August 2005 O. Ivanova became a world champion again.
