Paris Hilton Age: 28 Height: 5’ 8” Weight: 100 lbs BMI: 15.2 Background: Miss Hilton is sick and needs to eat more. My plan is for her to put on a few extra healthy pounds. She is ill, she has a disease and she needs help with it, she is also weak and is in dire need of a weight gain or she could die. Fitness plan: She needs more protein and iron in her diet, along with fat. My goal is for her to gain about thirty five pounds by the end of her training. Right now her weight is around one hundred pounds and a healthy weight for a women of her age and height is around one hundred and thirty-five to one hundred and forty pounds. I want her to exercise for an hour every day and eat three healthy meals everyday.

Paris Hilton’s eating plan (before) Paris doesn’t eat often. And when she does eat it is very little or very unhealthy. So we asked her try and eat at least one meal every day and record what all she ate and what meals she ate.

Paris Hilton’s eating plan (after) So based on her eating last week, she should have about 1,800 calories a day. She ate about an average of 1,591 a day. Now we would like to see her keep eating that way and also exercise for at least an hour everyday so she doesn’t gain just fat. We want to see her also gain some muscle.

Paris’s exercise plan: Paris is to do cardio on Mondays and Wednesdays. Then she will work on muscular endurance on Tuesday and Thursdays. Then on Fridays to help with her flexibility she goes to yoga. Then she gets the weekends off.

Nicole Richie Age: 28 Weight: 100 lbs. Height: 5’ 2” BMI: 18.3 Healthy weight: 145 lbs. Background information: Mrs. Richie has lost a lot of weight lately and her current weight is unhealthy for a woman of her age and height. Her current weight is about 100 pounds. She is between the height of 5 foot 1 and 5 foot 2. An average 28 year old woman should weigh about 145 pounds. Fitness plan: I would like to see her eat three meals with at least three of the five food groups in it. She needs to be eating a lot of protein in order to have energy when she works out. She should work out for maybe minutes in order to not burn so many calories. I would like her to take a low intensity aerobics class. She should go to this class about twice a week to start with. Then as she continues to gain more weight to continue going to the class for ten minutes but for maybe three to five times a week once she gets to a healthy weight. And then after she gets to 145 lbs, I would like to see her to try and keep gaining weight but take an aerobics class for no longer than an hour five times a week. Even though he BMI is at a healthy range she is all skin and bones. Literally, you can see the bones in her arms and chest. If she doesn’t gain weight within the next few years or so she could possibly die of lack of nutrients.

They also have a kids’ club so you can drop your kids off while you work out. They also have a whirl pool, steam room and a sauna. Also includes cardio equipment and a “pro shop” that has healthy snacks, water ECT. This fitness club has a few nice amenities. A few of them include an indoor lap pool, a full sized basketball court and a free weight room. It also has some group exercise options such as group cycling and group exercise. They also have a kids’ club so you can drop your kids off while you work out. They also have a whirl pool, steam room and a sauna. Exercise clothes: When its cold you should layer in lots of dark colored thin layers and should wear bright colors when you are outside exercising when its dark. And when exercising in the heat you should wear porous and light colored clothes and exercise inside whenever possible when the weather is bad.
