Enhanced FLO Impact Goal of 80% 2/2/1+ leading to higher Attrition reduction to 17% (currently at 19.6) Need for assessment beyond DLPT Need for challenging student activities requiring work with the language and preparation for future work Growing need to differentiate between language analyst, interrogators, and foreign area and regionally oriented (FAOs, SOF, RAS, Civil Affairs) BL: The Enhanced FLO program, ScribeZone work, and the quality of activities being produced by the faculty is moving us a long way toward balance in assessment and increased linguist quality. 2
