Our staff create an environment at our shop front where life is enjoyable, fun and rewarding and where all of our teams are passionate about our brand and contribute to the success of the business. At MyFamily Mobile we live and breathe as 7 year olds and like to think that "A life at MyFamily Mobile " is a lot more than the average work experience, but instead a fun place where personal development is encouraged and a global outlook is fostered. All our teams play a key role in providing the Retail Theatre experience our customers expect, whether it is personally delivering in store on a daily basis, ensuring things run smoothly in our support centre or as part of our events and demonstration teams. Helpers Our Helpers are at the forefront of delivering the memorable experience that makes MyFamily Mobile (MyF-M) so special to our visitors. With skills in customer service, demonstration and merchandising, MyF-M Helpers bring the magic of MyF-M to life! Our Helpers offer a significant and memorable service to all customers at all times. Demonstrators Bringing MyF-M to life, our team of Demonstrators engage with our customers, allowing them to join in the fun! The Demonstrators learn to master all of the functions and services of each device and application and give visitors the opportunity to see the them in action. With enthusiasm and a genuine passion for the devices and applications they work with, our Demonstrators are dedicated to giving our customers an enjoyable visit, and help make their shopping experience something to remember. Our staff uniforms Our staff are energetic and playful whilst adhering to a strict code of conduct. Male and female persons will always be found in-store such that male children are attended to by male staff whilst female children by female staff especially in the Protectors of the Realm Zones. Our work wear is simple and allows staff to be able to interact freely and without hindrance with the children.
