Classmate BINGO  Answer each box. Write your answer beside number 1.  Find classmates with the same answers written in each box.  The classmate with a matching answer prints his/her name on line 2.  You may only sign your name twice on a classmate’s paper.

Entering the classroom All students should be in their seats and writing the agenda on their planner BEFORE the bell rings. Planners will be stamped 5 minutes before class ends.

Leaving the classroom  Class is dismissed by the teacher, NOT the bell  Raise your hand & wait to be called on for permission to get out of your seat (sharpen pencil, bathroom, throw away trash, water fountain, etc.)

Completing an assignment  All work is to be written legibly in English  Only work written in pencil, blue or black ink will be accepted  Proper heading (First & Last Name, Date, Period) in the upper right hand corner

Make up work from absences  or call office to notify of absence and request  Student’s responsibility to request work

LATE work  Is not accepted!!!!  All class work is due (placed in the basket) by the end of class.  If you are absent, you may turn in the assignment the next day.

Guests/ Substitutes  Students should be on best behavior  Follow all classroom and school rules  Expect disciplinary action for inappropriate behavior  Listen & follow all directions given when teacher is not present

Discipline Ladder  Warnings (3 warnings = Detention)  Change of seat or Time Out to another class  Detention/ Call Home/ P.T.C  Referral to office  On campus suspension/ Off campus suspension

Tardy Policy  Arrival to class with out a pass  Work missed may not be allowed to make up  3 tardies = call home/ detention  5 tardies = referral to office/ PTC

UNAUTHORIZED ITEMS  Do not belong at school (cell phone, psp, ipod, mp3 player, sharpie, etc)  The school will not be responsible for the loss, theft, or condition, or return  May be confiscated by staff  The Moreno Valley Unified School District or any individual employee is not liable for damage or loss to confiscated items.
