1. Mistakes while preparing. Creating the wrong message. – One size doesn’t fit all. – Be flexible. Undermining your message. – 佈景風格和內容主題一致 3

Prettifying without purpose. – Distract or confuse. – Unless it enhance your message. Passing poor design. – Too much information. – Misspelled. – Creepy colors. 4

Using too many special effects. Forgetting to practice. – Run through all the pages. – Use common fonts. – Check the hardware. 5

2. Avoiding Mistakes When Presenting. Ignoring your audience. – Connect to them. – PowerPoint is a bridge not a barrier. 6

Not talking about what’s on the slide. – Go off on a tangent. – Be attention to your slide. Reading the slides 7

Having bad timing. – Do not use timer feature. Using someone else’s slides. – Build your own presentation. 8
