How many way we could raise Fund? There are 7 ways: 1. Applying for a Fund : ( Foundation, AID, Bi-lateraial, Multilateral……) 2. Do matching Fund : ( Bank, Club Rotary or Lion, Foundation…….) 3. Do Crowd Funding : (Online via Global giving, 1% Club, StartSomeGood……) 4. Plan giving or Benchmark fundraising : (Donation Box, Sponsorship program, Yearly Donation, Individual) 5. Corporate Fundraising Events : (Charity Concert, Sport Events, Marathon, Cycling, Football, Challenge Event, Ice Bucket challenge…) 6. CSR Fundraising : (Share % or $ from the sale target with company ( Hotel, Water, Product, Service, Ticket, …..) 7. Create a Social Business or Enterprise : (working together with Communities, Selling product or service of NGO, Solving the social issue in a social business model)

Website : 2 Contents ( For Donors or investors, and for Beneficiary) 3. Factsheet : (telling your NGO, The issue, Solution, program implementation strategy, outcome, photos, contact) 4. Concept Note, proposal, or Business plan: (Short but telling all information donors need) 5. Social Media : ( Facebook, Linked In)

3. e) Make / Match Donors list to your program Donors list within Cambodia: O Resource mobilization from CCC O Name list of Embassies & Development partner in Cambodia O List of Giant Companies in Cambodia Donors list globally or international : O Make research using internet base / Funder base O Make research using online database / System

3.f) 4 Stages in making approach for Fundraising O Stage one : Make donor identification or evaluation (Short list donors) O Stage two : Raising awareness ( ing, Calling, Meeting) O Stage three : Exploring an opportunity O Stage four : Making an agreement ( Submit application for funding)

3.g) Start approach, Hunting, Connecting, Practicing, Activating, Propose for getting fund in O Make sure you have the right donors list O Make sure you assign the right person to do the task O Make sure you have all material need O Make sure you implement follow by the planned O Delegate the task, follow up, motivate your team to do it O Monitor and evaluate the result every 3 months
