TARIFF & PROSEC MODIFICATION The modification to the Tariff includes the creation of new HTS#. Example: – Ensambles en modulos o paneles de celulas fotovoltaicas. Ex. The PROSEC Decree had to be modified based on the reduction on duties in the Tariff. It had duties grater or same as the Tariff and there was no justification to maintain them.
