Try cold water, cold sweet beverages or drinks that are bubbly, Use trial and error to determine which foods lessen the nausea and eat those foods to avoid an empty stomach, Get your doctor’s approval first, before taking a medication for nausea or trying any sort of alternative treatment? As the nausea improves, add foods back into your diet and limit sweet liquids or snack foods that have little nutritional value.
