A. Physical – Teens develop physically at different rates A. Physical – Teens develop physically at different rates. Sooner or later they will all see changes taking place. Hormones-chemicals released in the body- are the catalysts of physical change. In order for you to develop properly, it is important for you to get the following: Exercise Nutrition Safety Sleep/rest Stress-free

Emotional Development The same hormones that spur physical growth affect emotions. Teens learn to adapt occasional mood swings. Emotional ups and downs tend to diminish as adulthood is reached. Emotional Development
