A typical transaction! What the shipper needs to do Request Rate Quote.Quote will be returned within 30 minutes. What you can expect from Froland Transportation, Inc. Provide Froland with shipment info., consignee info., and trailer requirement. Froland will contact the consignee to notify them of the shipment, set up a delivery appointment, and confirm delivery address. Driver will be assigned and you will be notified what time to expect the truck. The driver will be dispatched and instructed to call back after loading to verify B.O.L. Information. Upon being loaded the driver will be provided with all necessary consignee info. and instructed to make daily check calls. You will be provided with daily updates by phone, fax, or if desired. Froland will confirm delivery and clear bill of lading and provide shipper with final update.
