Exercise One Work in pairs: –Allow your mentee to tell their story –Identify blind spots and challenge –Focus on moving forward positively –30mins – 15 minutes each
Exercise Two Working in pairs: –Identify the preferred scenario –Set forward focused goals and reality test –Assess commitment to moving forward –30 minutes 15 minutes each
