Thesis Statement You are killing another human being, you are only thinking of yourself, and there is no reason why anyone should have an abortion; are the three mains points of why abortion is morally wrong.

Why abortion is morally wrong Pro life people have been talking about how wrong abortion is for centuries. In their eyes having an abortion is just as bad as killing another human being. Pro choice people look at it as a good thing. When you have an abortion you are killing another human, instead of thinking about the baby that is growing inside of you, you are thinking of yourself.

There are many different reasons people get abortions. Most are because they just do not want a baby, or it was unplanned. Others do it because being pregnant is putting the mother at risk. Having that baby could kill the baby, her, or both.

As of now everything is pro choice, pro life people want to change this and have been trying for a while. They protest outside abortion clinics, put up signs and make pages on the internet dedicated to pro life.

Having an abortion can cause major health risk. It can cause you to never be able to have children again, or worse death. Those are only a few of the things that can happen.

Targeted Regulation of Abortion Provider or TRAP laws are state laws that apply only to abortion providers and impose on other comparable health care providers or medical facilities. “(Medoff )”

While trying to legalize abortion Chief Justice Blackmun took the stand and said “that we do not need to resolve the question of when human life begins.”

Roe v. Wade was the first case dealing with abortion. The court ruled that you could not stop a woman terminating an unplanned pregnancy during the first trimester.

People have different out looks on abortion. Some look at it as a good thing, others a bad thing. There have been many cases dealing with abortion. One is Roe v. Wade.

Pro choice people view abortion as okay. In their argument they say to allow termination of pregnancy when the human being is likely to be so severely handicapped that they can not have a life.

Pro choice look at abortion as the mother is helping herself. Pro life look at it as the mother is only thinking of herself, not the baby that is growing inside her. Also if it is wrong to kill a 2 month old baby, why is it not wrong to kill a 2 month old fetus with a heartbeat?

In each case an abortion is morally wrong, but it would be generally accepted that the closer the baby is to birth, the more morally wrong it is. “(Observer 7-9)”

Most women that have abortions wish afterwards they did not. They may start doing drugs, drinking heavily, or both. They have regrets, everyday wishing they hadn't of done that. Most women have physiological issues after seeking an abortion.

The moment you conceive a baby it is alive. Although some like to argue that it doesn’t start living until it is born. Women that go to abortion clinics seeking help get told that the fetus does not start living until it is born, or we don’t know when the fetus starts actually living.

Although many women get abortions most of the time while they are getting it done they know it is wrong. We are not supposed to kill something that God has permitted to live. If we do that we are not only sinning but going against what he has planned to happen.

Most women that go into abortion clinics want support and do not know where to go to get it. Or they fear everyone will object them and they will have no way of supporting the baby. When they go to abortion clinics the doctors lie to them, they tell them the baby that is growing inside them is only a dot on the paper, it doesn’t have a heart beat and its only cells clumped together.

Women that get abortions regret later on what they done, when they finally realize the truth about abortions and what their actually doing to the baby inside you. Most have major depression and some have suicidal thoughts.
