Project Outline Identify methods of Team assessment that are currently in operation within NHS Finance, analyse uptake and flexibility of existing schemes Research alternative team assessment tools that being used within other industry sectors e.g. NHS Employers, IiP, Professional bodies, private sector models eg KPMG, Deloittes, PWC that might complement the GPtW initiative Review to ascertain if they meet the objective of assessing a great place to work i.e Development environment, empowering culture, mobility, reputation and most importantly connecting with the patient Review output of the great place to work pilot to assess feasibility of full rollout Engage with organisations who expressed an interest in the initial pilot but were unsuccessful to review alternative solutions
