Below the waist: Stance Feet position… Left foot-right foot– (space between them) Front-back – (staggered) Knees slightly bent Hips ‘open’.

Above the waist: 1. Back slightly forward 2. Shoulders open and relaxed 3. Eyes on target. Stance

Ball Position: Ball Waist high Ball positioned between shoulder & chin Stance Hand Position: Wrist slightly cupped Thumb at 12 o’clock position for a straight ball.
