© PROFESSIONAL Impressions DISCOVER YOUR PERSONAL DRESS SIGNATURE (Mainly A’s) SPORTY/NATURAL – You love clothes that have texture, but are informal and offer you a blended look. You are rarely happy to be dressed up. You love jeans and T-shirts. You look your best in casual, relaxed clothing in colours close to nature – blues, browns and greens. Your hair is worn casually rather than styled, you can wear a beard and moustache well. Your business suit should be a fuller cut, with a relaxed shoulder. Medium colours in a subtle check, tweed or other pattern work well. Fabrics are heavyish with some texture but always matt e.g. flannel corduroy. Monochromatic dressing is ideal for you – using colours from the same family. Best tie patterns are plaids, checks or wide stripes in muted colours. For casual wear you prefer natural fabrics e.g. linen or cotton and you are happiest in the casual look. If you wear any jewellery it is likely to be a heavy duty watch. (Mainly B’s) CLASSIC – Everything about you is sophisticated and moderate. Simplicity in line, colour and detail suits you best. You’re traditional and conservative in style and do not look good in faddish or ultra modern clothing. Clothing in fine fabric, beautifully tailored is more your style. You look best with a short conservative hairstyle. You wear two piece suits most days. Your suit should have a relaxed, unstructured shoulder with a trim waist. Subdued pinstripe, chalk stripe or a small check are the best patterns. You look your best in understated pastel or white shirts. Your ties although conservative need not be dull, small patterned ties being best. Thin stripes and club ties are your favourite. Silk, thin wools or linens are good tie fabrics for you. Your casual clothes are crisp and clean lined. You may not be a jeans man preferring wool or cotton trousers with a collared shirt rather than a T-shirt. Jewellery is tasteful, refined and minimal.

© PROFESSIONAL Impressions DISCOVER YOUR PERSONAL DRESS SIGNATURE (Mainly C’s) ROMANTIC – You are a lover not a fighter, very sensual, very social. You have expensive taste and enjoy the theatrical. You are a ‘people’ person and love being in the lime light. You are influenced by the current fashion and are very aware of grooming and looking your best. You enjoy soft fabrics and luxurious colours. You choose clothes to show off your body and face. Your business suit should have padded shoulders and some waist narrowing. A smooth, slightly curved silhouette is best for you. You love rich rather than dark colours, in fine wools and cashmeres. Solid coloured suits or a very soft stripe or woven in design serve you best. Shiny or matt ties in a well blended design are good for you. Your casual wear is elegant and trendy, the look is sophisticated and expensive. Your watch is simple, slim and elegant. (Mainly D’s) DRAMATIC – Everything about your appearance makes a statement, your clothes are the latest fashion but not faddish. Your looks call for you to dress with authority, sophistication with a hint of formality. You like wearing contrasts, bold or dark clothing with white, for example. Your hair may be on the longish side or exceptionally short. For business you look your best in a boldly structured suit. You look your best in dark, solid suits with a crisp white or light shirt. Pinstripe suits look good on you. You like crisp, stiff fabrics. Your ties make a strong statement either in colour, pattern or texture. Your casual wear is fashionable and you are always dressed for the occasion whether it be horse riding or tennis. Ordinary jeans are too average for you, yours will be designer, extra baggy or skin-tight. Your watch should be large rather than slim-line. Cuff-links are a good accessory on you.
