Groin Wrap  Begin the wrap with the foot turned slightly inward

Groin Wrap  The wrap begins around the upper thigh  Pull the wrap towards the center line (gro in )  Go around 1 to 2 times  Remember to pull the wrap to about 1 and ½ times the original length

Groin Wrap  Pull the wrap up around the waist once

Groin Wrap  Circle the leg again once  Notice the X formed at the top of the wrap

Groin Wrap  Go around the waist again, overlapping somewhat – don’t put the wrap directly over the other pass around  Notice the X just below the first one

Groin Wrap  Complete the procedure by wrapping any excess around the upper thigh  Tape it to hold it in place  Check for tightness ∙ too cold ∙ numbness, tingling ∙ blue or white color  Avoid wrinkles
