Investigating which material blocks the sound best By Rachael Davide and Amy

Method Equipment needed sound meter alarm air, bubble wrap foam, cotton wool, foam rubber

Method 1.Make a sound wave using the alarm clock 2.Use a sound meter( at the other end of the room) to measure the sound in dB one at a time. 3.Put the material over the sound meter and measure the sound. 4.Record the results in a table.
