“Least” Liked about Seminar Some select comments from participants: “Not enough time. Should be at least 3 full days.” “Less being "talked to" by moderators... I would like to see more of the attendees thoughts on programs, even in a more informal environment. Doesn't need to be a presentation. “Time, whilst we need to have time control some moderators interrupted presenters to but their own 'spin' on the presentation, and how the moderators let the talking continue too long” 12 All Comments are found at the end of this presentation

Comments and suggestions Suggestions for future seminars focused on: A longer duration (4-5 days) A focus on less topics (some suggested 2 topics) Improved time management by presenters and moderators 13 All Comments are found at the end of this presentation

“Most” Liked about Seminar The participant people Sharing experiences interaction and networking, lessons learned Theresa's communication lecture I appreciate all the program Everything If you believe it, all is possible Look up out the box The exchanges between federations Lots of goon examples La dernière soirée et le travail par petits groupes All the ideas I got and all new friends shared experiences and solutions networking, meeting new archery friends finding out what others are doing and how our NF can use that working on time The opportunity to exchange ideas and thoughts with the other countries. ideas, problems and solutions to problems, social contacts community building exchange experiences exchanges relevant contact to make follow up appointments with relevant countries for us getting to know WA well thought of groups; homogene, not to divers Meeting all the MAs in archery. L'echange entre les federations L'entraide entre les federations, Discussion for solving(SOLVING*** ways not so much planning) of the archery problems and of course CURLING!!!! Networking and sharing experiences of successful stories. Covered themes and going to the point. The idea to organize such as seminar. To learn more about colleagues activities. Networking The subject areas. The exchange of ideas and 'best practices'. SIMPLE great chance for exchanging experiences Excellent organizing Team Work spirit Networking Kind hospitality - Excellent organisation and communication from the organisers - Networking with other federations - Sharing knowledge with each other. 14 All Comments

“Least” Liked about Seminar Case studies. The communications guys poor communication no Ras nothing Long waiting for cheese le prix du parking ;-) actually I can not find out anything, maybe it should have been some more hours? Would have been good to receive some knowledge from professional business managers time, whilst we need to have time control some moderators interruped presenters to but their own 'spin' on the presentation, and how the moderators let the talking continue too lond nothing Less being "talked to" by moderators... I would like to see more of the attendees thoughts on programs, even in a more informal environment. Doesn't need to be a presentation. Prices in Switzerland..;) sometimes the wrap ups could have been more to the point, but still okay Not enough time. Should be at least 3 full days. Les pro messes d'aides et de pqarticipations au championnat d'afrique de mars 2012 Individuals speeches of the other federations Second night dinner (duck was not by my taste :) Timing pressure. Too little time The seminar was excellent. However, the communication session could have been better from a facilitation standpoint. The presentation from Theresa of USA Archery was excellent. some of the presentations took long time than it should be Some presenters take more than allowed time and the delaying of dinner. 15 All Comments

Comments and suggestions Nothing all is ok I didn't think any of the case studies were relevant and only took away from the learning. Moderators MUST not be interupring and must be punctual and ensure flow must ensure entire presentation has time For my first seminaire, it'was just perfect. I'm waiting next one. Thanks for all. Pour la prochaine fois, peut-être qu'il faudrait n'aborder que 2 thèmes plutôt que 4 et les faire plus en profondeur. Do this at least every second year Most of us come from sport, former athletes or coaches etc. So, we have a down-up perspective. We need a bit of perspective from professional managers, which is from top to the base of the organization I felt that there was a lot to do in 2 1/2 days having the last day the day we returned home was not good. perhaps it should be 3 full days with a travel day at each end. nothing Loved it... Very helpful. No, this is a workshop and as such is entirely up to expectations The content was great but need to have more time. Une organization claque demux and set preferable Deux themes c'est mien que quatre Instead of four days(including arriving and departing days)seminar must be five days and more social events. Because everybody uses to work with the problems of the archery and archery. Some more relaxation and social events would be perfect. Transportation from hotel to Maison du Sport International and vice versa can be organised in better way (2 minibuses at the same time or something similar). Duck can be prepared in different way : ) But overall, seminar in all was excellent! It will be helpful to have presentations in advance and from the other federations/associations as well (at will). The seminar was excellent! However, in a future management seminar I would prefer to see a focus on a couple of topic areas versus 4 different topics. Thank you! I guess there will be a pre-preparing day for the presenter in order to practice on the Presentation Time allowed which save time properly, and not making audiences bored or distracted The Seminar need more days to give more information and to let all participants attend all presentations to gain more experiences (for Example 5-7 Days). It's very neccesary to organise visit to sports olympic musuem 16 All Comments
