Warm Up 3 Shot Drill Pass from behind net Goalie starts on near post Pushes when pass is made Push and stop Do not block pass Can pass to a different guy each time No one timers

Shot with Rebound (Far) Goalie starts on near post, comes to challenge Shot is taken from far shooter After save is made, goalie moves for second shot (rebound) Goalie is on feet both sides Make first save then push hard stop!

2 Long Pushes with Shot PP Simulation Starts on post-pushes and stops Long push across and stop Be in good position for shot Hard work before shot Simulates PP, pass from behind net to point, down to top of circle

3 rd Push for One Timer Same Drill as previous with progression Both forwards are stationed top of the circles with passer below goal line Goalie starts with post push, diagonal pass goes to high forward who passes it across, then puck comes back to original forward for one time shot

Butterfly to Post Goalie start at top of crease standing Pushes into butterfly at post Repeats to other side to complete repetition Push hard! Tight Butterfly! Shot comes as butterfly is performed

Post to Post/Shot/Rebound Post to post challenge for shot Push to rebound Done from both sides Push and stop Simulate behind net pass to slot and rebound

3 Shot Drill Great drill for stamina/legs Getting up with correct leg Make solid block on last shot Stay on feet for second shot Push off post to start drill

Glove Quickness for Rebound Good Drill for glove Goalie start on near post 1 st shot low, get up and push for second 2 nd shot high for glove save Get up with correct leg Change sides for blocker

Quick Deke Goalie starts at top of crease standing The shooter stands directly in front of him (approx. 1-2 ft.) Shooter goes left or right quickly and the goalie follows into butterfly at that post Three repetitions then change

Advanced Tip Drill Duplicates tip play behind net Shooter is positioned high slot Tipper sneaks out on either side Goalie follows shooter then butterflies to tipper’s side Good strong push required DON’T WORRY ABOUT SAVE JUST PUSH, you will get there!

Shot with Breakaway Recovery 1 st shot comes when goalie pushes off post low 2 nd shot is a short breakaway Can be done from both sides First shot low, goalie must butterfly, direct pucks to corners using proper stick control

3 Puck Breakaways (9 total) 1 shooter involved Goalie starts facing shooter on 1 side He takes 3 quick breakaways from bottom of circle Then 3 breakaways from other side followed by 3 from the slot Follow puck-PUSH!!!
