A full itinerary is attached at the end of this packet. Flight information is below. Albany, NY to Florence, SC (March 26 th, 2015) Depart from Albany on flight 466 at 8:00 am. Arrive at Charlotte-Douglas at 10:30 am. Depart from Charlotte-Douglas on flight 4934 at 11:25 am. Arrive at Florence Regional at 12:15 pm. Florence, SC to Albany, NY (March 29 th, 2015) Depart from Florence Regional on flight 4751 at 8:45 pm. Arrive at Charlotte-Douglas at 9:37 pm. Depart from Charlotte-Douglas on flight 2086 at 10:20 pm. Arrive at Albany at 12:13 am.

Players will be expected to follow the Broadalbin-Perth Athletic Code of Conduct. In addition, players will be expected to represent our school with dignity and respect. A copy of the Athletic code can be found at /Policies/Section7/Policy_7.2.5.pdf. Any violation of the Athletic Code will result in penalties outlined in the code, plus the player will no longer participate in baseball activities on the trip.

Off Field Requirements: 1. No ripped or torn jeans, shorts or pants 2. No clothing with offensive language or images Practice Requirements: 1. Baseball pants/shorts/sweats 2. T-shirt/sweatshirt/jacket Game Requirements: 1. Team issue jersey, hat and pants 2. Contrast socks, belt, undershirt

There is no certified trainer on site at the baseball complex. Coach Chizek and I are both certified in first aid, CPR, EPI Pen administration, and AED administration. If your child needs prescription medication, please stay after this meeting to speak with Coach Simonds. The players will not be allowed to carry medication of any kind with them at any time on the trip, prescription or otherwise. A parent or legal guardian will be contacted via cell phone prior to the administration of any medications.

Players will be responsible for paying for their lunch and dinner each day of the trip, as well as for any food in the airports. Players should anticipate spending about dollars per meal. Thursday: -Breakfast at Albany Airport -Late dinner in MB Friday:-Dinner in MB Saturday-Dinner in MB Sunday-Fast Food Dinner on way to Florence Entertainment: We have limited time for entertainment, but will try to play miniature golf. Players should have 20 dollars for this just in case. In all, each player should have roughly 100 dollars in spending money.

Each player will be allowed to bring a backpack, and a rolling suitcase on the trip. The rolling suitcase must be no larger than 22” x 14” x 9”. Baseball bags and equipment will be going down with a few parents-not on the airplane.
