News release November 2, 2006 Kerry tries to get unstuck from Iraq furor JOHN WHITESIDES Reuters WASHINGTON -- Democratic Senator John Kerry said yesterday that he was sorry for a "botched joke" about Iraq as a bitter fight for control of Congress entered the final stretch. He also apologized directly to U.S. troops. "I sincerely regret that my words were misinterpreted to wrongly imply anything negative about those in uniform and I personally apologize to any service member, family member or American who was offended," he said in a statement. Okay. John Kerry “apologized”, and he wants you to consider him again for President in Shouldn’t we all just give him a BREAK???...click here.
