INCREASE REVENUES WITH ‘STAR’ PRODUCTS Created for service-oriented businesses, with little or no current retail By Jacquelyn Overcash, get fresh

What is a ‘STAR’ Product?  A product used in professional treatments and that is also available in retail sizes.  A BEST seller at retail…a product that elicits rave reviews for what it does, how it smells and feels on the body.  The Price is Right…the item’s perceived value and quality is consistent with the retail price.

Identify if you have a ‘STAR’ Product  Talk to your Massage Therapists –Have they used the product? –Do they like the product? –Do they have feedback from customers on the products used in treatments?

Train Staff  Front Desk Staff –Knowledge of Services & Products – All staff need to be trained on any treatments or services provided and on retail products sold. –Testimonies - An honest and personal recommendation is a great selling tool. –A Warm Smile – The first impression is very important to a client’s overall experience. A friendly “please let me know if you have any questions” is always a winning approach.
