 My number is greater than 50.  My number is less than 70.  The digit in the ones place is a 4.  You will use exactly ten base ten blocks to build my number.  What’s the mystery number?

 The Mystery Number is  64!!

 Let’s try another one!!

 My number is between 20 and 30.  The digit in the tens place is smaller than the digit in the ones place.  You will use exactly eleven base-ten blocks to build my number.  What’s the mystery number?
