Scenario (Act 1) Cyber warfare has drained millions from the American economy, the recent actions of individuals (Snowden) has created an instable political environment and hindered US chances of using the international community to call for and end to and/or retribution for cyber attacks UN has convened a special meeting to discuss cyber law – Many international leaders view the internet as American (cultural) imperialism International leaders have extreme requirements they must vie to enact – Gov’t legitimacy, National security (economy, infrastructure, military), Societal control (information) States must suggest cyber law/policy that enables international security, each state will brief this special committee on their way forward. Scenario (Act 2) The environment will fast-forward 6 months to a year and the white cell will present a new scenario based off our monkey wrench and the participants way forward. Using Updated Regional and Strategic assessments, each state will brief this special committee on their adjusted way forward. The environment will fast-forward 6 months to a year and the white cell will present a new scenario based off the participants way forward. (end of training) Conduct AAR to show how we must incorporate our thoughts into the Civil- Military Arena
