THE NEW IU SUPPORT SITE Where is it? Address: What is it? A site designed to collect troubleshooting information for our teachers and administrators. Ok, but why? As the IU has grown, we have lots of tech info spread out in lots of places. This will centralize that.

THE NEW IU SUPPORT SITE Centralized location All tech-related information in one place Customized Data We will ask for data and topics to add to the site so that it will only have information important and relevant to educators.

THE NEW IU SUPPORT SITE Technology Tips This section of the new site will have links to external websites with tons of helpful troubleshooting information. There will also be links to sites that contain news on emerging technologies and education-related Web 2.0 sites. In the future, we will be adding daily tips from the IU 13 Technology Department.

THE NEW IU SUPPORT SITE Technology FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) This section is devoted to common questions for IU 13 employees, such as: how to connect to a wireless network at home and work, changing your password and reference guides for desk phones. By having it all in one location, it saves you time and frustration.
