INDUSTRIAL TRAINING APPLICATION FORM Need to be fulfill and submit to Industrial Training Unit, UMP. Approval from personal advisor is compulsory. All approval will be automatically cancel if the current semester subject is fail.
SURAT AKUAN PELAJAR Softcopy of the ‘surat akuan pelajar’ can be download from website. Please edit the name and I.D no. Must be print using UMP letter head at Unit Latihan Industri, UMP. Only 1 copy/student. Softcopy must be submit by email li@ump.edu.my for the printing purpose (3 working days). Just submit a photocopy version to industry.
APPLICATION LETTER Soft copy of the letter can be download from website. The students just need to change the name inside the letter. No need to use UMP letter head. This letter will be sign by students themselves.
RESUME Must be prepare in three (3) pages including co-curriculum activities, subject projects and PSM. Photo is compulsory. The resume is advised to be printed in colour paper in order to attract the company selector.
CONFIRMATION LETTER This letter will be submit by the student when the student is agree with the company offer. No changes are allowed after this process. No need to use UMP letter head. This letter will be sign by students themselves.
REJECTION LETTER This letter will be submit by the student to the companies which have offer an industrial training place. No need to use UMP letter head. This letter will be sign by students themselves.
