Lodging your WWCC Card Form Forms may be lodged at a participating Australia post office Remember to take your COMPLETED FORM, PASS PORT SIZED PHOTO & PROOF OF IDENTITY DOCUMENTS When complete the Post Office will stamp the receipt section of your form
Receipt forWWCC Card Form Please submit a photocopy of this stamped receipt to the PEP office AS SOON AS POSSIBLE Retain the original this can cover you for school observations for a period of 60 days
Working With Children Check Card You should receive your WWCC card within 4-6 weeks of lodging your application PLEASE PROVIDE THE PEP OFFICE WITH A COPY OF YOUR CARD AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
