SSJE- Brother Give us a Word Transformation Posted: May 28, :00 am Loving God with our whole being, loving our neighbors as ourselves: there is transformative power in love that is truly miraculous. We may rightly even fear the transforming power of love, the life-changing miracle that can transform even these poor hearts of ours. -Br. Making Disciples Anglican Communion Marks of Mission 1.To proclaim the Good News of the Kingdom 2. To baptize, teach and nurture new believers

Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound, That saved a wretch like me. I once was lost but now am found, Was blind, but now I see. T'was Grace that taught my heart to fear. And Grace, my fears relieved. How precious did that Grace appear The hour I first believed.

Through many dangers, toils and snares I have already come; 'Tis Grace that brought me safe thus far and Grace will lead me home. The Lord has promised good to me. His word my hope secures. He will my shield and portion be, As long as life endures.

When we've been here ten thousand years Bright shining as the sun. We've no less days to sing God's praise Than when we've first begun

Mark of Mission 3 To respond to human need with loving service

Mark of Mission 4 To seek to transform unjust structures of society, to challenge violence of every kind and to pursue peace and reconciliation

Holy Manners

Mark of Mission 5 To strive to safeguard the integrity of creation and sustain and renew the life of the earth

1.Let there be light, let there be understanding, let all the nations gather, let them be face to face. 2.Open our lips, open our minds to ponder, open the door of concord opening into grace.

3.Perish the sword, perish the angry judgment, perish the bombs and hunger, perish the fight for gain. 4.Hallow our love, hallow the deaths of martyrs, hallow their holy freedom, hallowed be your name.

5.Your kingdom come, your Spirit turn to language, your people speak together, your Spirit never fade. 6.Let there be light, open our hearts to wonder, perish the way of terror, hallow the world God made.

More Resources Stewardship Financial Development –Campaigns –Planned Giving
