Conference Set-Up Overview Virtual Conference Channel Step 1: Singapore, the Host Hub initiates virtual conference by setting up the channel and assigning pass keys to Participating Hubs. Step 2: All Participating Hubs will join the Channel with their pass keys.

Hub Set-Up Overview Hub Activities Virtual Conference Channel Audio & video feed of hub activities captured Hub activities are then broadcasted into the VC Channel to the other hubs Likewise, other hubs’ activities are being received in the same way. The entire event’s activities (audio, video & presentation materials) will then be projected at each hub.

What you would need? AV Set-Up as provided by Circus Maximus 1x amalgamated video feed & 1x amalgamated audio feed from AV Set-Up 1x PC or Laptop with our conference software loaded and video capture card/adapter (+1 for fail-over). 1MB DSL Bandwidth recommended (min 512K) Technical Facilitator Audio Feed Video Feed 1MB DSL Broadband Recommended
