Key Strengths: Our company employees are multilingual and all key personal are adept in English. Strategic location advantage, the production facility is located just 40 kms from the international airport and 45 km from the sea port. Expertise in production of ultra high precision aerospace components such as vector control unit - flex seals to simple O-Rings and door mats for commercial use. Vertically integrated company with in house facilities like tool making, rubber compounding with R&D Labs, design department for development of new tools and products. Experience in handling all rubber polymers and injection molding of engineering plastics, PU and Carbon Composites. Production facilities include a 6000 Tonne 3.8m x 3.8m with a 1.7m daylight gap hydraulic press, allowing Vajra to manufacture ultra large rubber components. Expertise in production of rubber-metal bonded components from mild steel to metals like titanium, brass, magnesium, aluminum, cast iron etc.

Our Strength in Flow Control Industry 20 Years’ Experience in Making Butterfly Valve Seats Ranging from Size - 1” to 108” Has Developed Compounds Using Different Polymers Suitable for Drinking Water, Portable Water, Oil & Gas, Steam, Alcohols etc. Special Compounds that have Self Lubricating Effect that Reduces the Torque is One of Our Specialities. This has immensely helped our Customers to reduce the actuator capacities. We recently made the world’s largest single piece transfer moulded butterfly valve seat inches is its inside diameter. 120” &128” size seats are in the pipeline. Other bigger sizes we have done are 54”, 60”, 66”, 72”, 78”, 84” and 90”. Low compression set rubber compounds that work efficiently from +170 C to -40 C are in our special range. Diaphragms, Seat energizers, Wedges etc. are also our specialities Expertise in Step moulded sealing profiles of any diameter without any joints. Sizes can go from 10”, 250” or more as per customer requirement without investment on expensive tooling. Experience in bonding rubber valve seats with different metals, Phenolic, Bakelite, PTFE etc.
