Control hand-shake at the same time you control your breathing by using the acronym “BRASS”

Breathe Breathe Relax Relax Aim Aim Steady Steady Squeeze Squeeze

Breathing is key because if you hold too much air in your lungs, you can get rushed in your desire to exhale If you exhaled, you will begin to shake from a lack of air, and feel pressured to breathe Breathe in, breathe out, breathe in, breathe ½ out, aim, slow, steady squeeze

Your body only uses a portion of the air you breathe before exhaling 1 By exhaling a half-breath, your body is able to efficiently use that half-breath remaining, thereby keeping your hands from shaking, and your mind focused. Your self-efficacy and self-esteem increases when you see your good work!
