Giving Assignment

 Make a healthy meal for your family, or one person other than yourself.  OR  Complete a physically active activity (chore) for someone in your family

 Needs for Meal  1) Write up of what the meal is, include why it is healthy. What food groups were used. 2) A few lines from your parents about your meal and why they liked it, how it went. Preparation, clean up, presentation. 3) Picture of the meal and a grade out of 10 from your parents.
