APPLICATION ROYAL 1200 is a slitter/rewinder designed and suitable for cutting and rewinding woven-non-woven materials, both rugged textile fiber as Spanbond and elastic textile fiber as Spunlaces. Thanks to five installed motors and to a complex operational software, though of easy use for the operator with an intuitive graphic, the machine is able to keep a sensible control of tissue tensioning even during critical phases of speed up and down. Very good tolerances on width and perfect rewounds are guaranted, even with grammage up to 20 gr/m².

FEATURES and FUNCTIONING The longitudinal slitting system type Expando (produced by Mario Cotta – Zincometal Group) has a prerogative, sole all over the world, which allows the replacement of the cutting ring in a pratical and quick way without disassembling the rotation expandable shaft. The system can be supplied in three different versions according to productive exigences of each customer: manual, visualized or completely automatic positioning. The types of steel involved and the various adjustment possibilities of Mario Cotta knife holders allow to ROYAL 1200 to reduce the problem of dust produced during the slit. At the same time blades life will be longer. A second score cut slitting group (optional) allows to have a longitudinal tear cut.

Rolls unloading can be done on the ground, thanks to a simple hydraulic tipper, or on pallet directly by means of a complex system complete with an unloading shuttle equipped with transport belt which is able to move the rewound rolls laterally at 90° on a pallet positioned before.
