Millie and Molly are two mice that live in the laundry in a big house. Millie and Molly are both black but Molly has white spots all over her!

One day a new kitten came. She was ginger and had a very fluffy tail. All the animals were curious to meet the new cat, but Millie and Molly were scared of cats.

Hoppy the frog said, “She looks friendly.” Ebony the dog said, “Can she fetch a ball?” Pigatree said in a chirpy voice, “Can she fly?” So Millie and Molly went to find out! “She looks friendly.” “Can she fetch a ball?” “Can she fly?”

Millie and Molly were in the hall when they heard a sound. Suddenly the vacuum cleaner came out of the bedroom and sucked the two mice up! Luckily Millie knew what to do. She nibbled a hole into the bag and the mice escaped.

They had just started going down the hall when a lady dropped a pile of clothes on top of the two mice! She then picked up all the clothing with Millie and Molly and placed the clothing in the washing machine. It started to fill with water and Millie and Molly were scared. Suddenly the lady opened the door to get some paper out of a pocket and Millie and Molly jumped out into the hall.

Millie and Molly continued down the hall and soon got to the bedroom. Then a boy ran out of the door. Molly pulled Millie out of the way just in time! Millie gave Molly a big hug.

Millie and Molly looked into the bedroom. On the bed was Ginger, the cat. Millie and Molly walked over to the bed and climbed on top.

They sat and talked to Ginger who was very friendly. They all became good friends. Millie and Molly were happy that they had gone to visit Ginger and were excited about telling the other animals about their new friend.
