IAH-E Program Overview 75%* of eligible costs or up to $150,000* per unit in funding Forgivable loan registered on title in 2 nd position NRH has flexibility to set local rules and priorities Focus on Seniors, persons with disabilities Supportive housing Use of apprentices or apprenticeship programs Long term financial viability
