KINDERGARTEN The kindergarten is opposite the school Children can attend from the age of 2½, and up to five mornings a week It has an inside and outside play area 16

CHANRAI’S grocery store A convenience store which sells a variety of household products 21

The ladies from La Croute Doree who come to the school car park on Tuesday and Friday afternoons with fresh rolls, French bread, croissants and pastries There is a small vegetable market next to Chanrai’s which has new supplies on a Friday The tailor shop, which makes curtains, and next door the video tape rental shop 22

ESTATE SERVICES The Estate Services Office on camp, where the loan set is arranged They have hard furnishings White goods are available, including washing machines and tumble dryers 23
