Staff Changes We lost Ekaterina and Rene We gained new skill sets and enthusiasm with Elena and Lili Repairs to qualifying apartments were finally completed in October

Summary of 2014 We installed finally electronic door locks with no key exit. Making the building somewhat safer in case of fire. New HD closed circuit tv installed to enhance security Completed painting and minor repairs on over 100 apartments

Summary continued Hi-Speed Internet installed throughout the complex, now available in all areas of Panorama Renewed co-operation with St Ivan Rilski for facilities We adopted Mya

Things that need to be Done All balcony doors need checking and repairing Shower cubicles need replacing Furniture needs replacing TV’s need replacing These cannot be paid from maintenance funds.
