ELITE PLAYER DEVELOPMENT

MISSION STATEMENT To facilitate a Professional, safe, learning environment which meets the overall needs of Player Development, from the grassroots to the Elite level of Youth soccer. We will strive to help all C.Y.S.A. players reach their full potential and, achieve their soccer ambition!

FAMILY ‘FUN’DAMENTALS Program Objective: To replicate the back garden environment in which most young players i.e. those aged 4 are introduced to Soccer around the globe. Program Philosophy: By creating a flexible, fun filled soccer environment that is "pressure" free. The youngsters will be introduced to some fundamental Soccer skills. These skills will be introduced and taught by a MASTER coach and parent volunteers. Each player will be lead rather than pushed into the world of Soccer. If a player gets to tired it is okay to sit down or even go pick the daisies! By creating a flexible, fun filled soccer environment that is "pressure" free.
