Personal transferable skills assessment is a key plank of careers Education and PDP Self Awareness - skills values personality interests Opportunity Awareness Presentation Skills

Careers Education PDP if it stands alone runs risk of being ignored/marginalised If integrated into academic provision it becomes mainstream. If given academic credit it is perceived as credible.
