The Mission of the SCTE Foundation is to increase the technical, business and leadership skills of the telecommunications engineering workforce, attract and recruit women and minorities into an engineering career, and position the telecommunications industry as a desirable career opportunity for aspiring young people in the early stages of their careers.

Usage of Funds All funds raised will be placed in an endowment, the interest of which will be used for financial assistance for leadership programs, degree programs and technical training. To date, funds have been used for the following:
