Adding Audio IP10 Sept. 17 th Mr. Mellesmoen

Using ClipArt Audio On the insert ribbon you will find the audio option. Upon clicking that you need to check out the online audio. Experiment with different sounds before heading to the next slide with your task.

Task One This task requires you to make a 5 slide presentation (title plus 4 slides). Your presentation needs to have a theme (i.e. automobiles, nature, animals, science, music, etc.) On each slide you need to include:  Enough text to explain what the slide is about  At least one picture (clip art or other) per slide  One clip art audio selection to go with your slide See the next slide as an example.

The Drums The drums are an integral part to any great piece of music. Check out this sample.

Task Two This task will challenge you to learn how to get music to play across your entire presentation. Step 1: Create a 5 slide presentation on absolutely anything you wish Step 2: Once done all your slides, go back to slide two and insert some music from Clip Art music Step 3: Once you have selected your music and inserted it into slide two you need to tell it to play across all your slides To do this you need to click the audio icon After you do this you will see the AUDIO TOOLS open up Select PLAYBACK Click Play in Background Run your slide show to see if it worked.

Task Three After you have finished your work take some time to check out a friends work to see what they’ve created. After doing that tell your classmate what you liked about their presentations.

Next Day Next day we will spend our time working on inserting our own voices into our PowerPoint creations.
