 Scope 32” AX68( ) chassis models. LCDTVSAL32HMA-FLA(Con-1) LCDTVSFL32HMA-FLA(SH-11) LCDTVVLL32FBA-FLA(S9) LCDVBL32HBA-FLAAN(SH-11) LCDVLL32FBA-FLASL(S9)  Purpose : AX68 is EOL. AX68 to be replace with MTK8222LS ( / / / /  Advantage : USB playback & 01 additional HDMI

Steps to replace AX68 chassis with MTK8222LS chassis  Remove AX68 chassis & AV PCB from the TV sets.  Remove control Plate along with control sticker.

 Add non conductive insulating tape on metal stud as shown below as these stud touches to MTK8222LS chassis Stud to be covered with insulating tape

 Put control sticker( ) on control plate ( ).  connect control plate on main metal plate.  connect MTK8222LS chassis as shown in figure.

 BACK COVER AV2 Out

Connect LVDS, IR, Inverter, supply & speaker connector to respective position on main chassis.  Switch on the TV set and do panel selection as per the panel used.
