Who can apply online & when… Applicants who sat for the Matriculation Certificate examination in May 2012 Narrowly failed applicants in 2010 and 2011 who re-sat for one examination in May 2012 The Online Application facility will be open from: Thursday, 19 July until Tuesday, 24 July at midnight
