Lassen Volcanic Park Lassen Volcanic park is a very scenic and an enjoyable park to spend time with friends and family. Created in 1914

What the park looks like This park has very different scenery in every site you visit. It goes from beautiful and breath-taking aqua blue lakes, to different and active volcanic places. If you wish to explore the park a little more you can go on one of trails, that lead into some of the forests, and mountains that they have to offer. If you are more of an athletic person you could try climbing up some of the non-active volcanoes. How ever, no matter what you enjoy there is something for everyone at Lassen Volcanic Park!

Size of Lassen Volcanic Park compared to Rhode Island. Lassen Volcanic Park is 106,000 acres. Rhode Island is 776,957 acres.
