About IIFM  IIFM was established as an autonomous institution in  IIFM was registered as a Society under Madhya Pradesh Society Registrikaran Adhiniyam, 1973 at Bhopal on  Under MoA and Rules of the Society, Minister for Environment and Forests, GoI is the President of the Society.  IIFM is governed by a Board of Governors (BOG).

 SGP at IIFM aims to provide funding to IIFM faculty members to pursue short duration and limited budget research projects and case studies  Provides a springboard to try new ideas  Research Projects up to 2.50 Lac  Case Studies up to 50,000  Rapid clearance via peer review  Projects have to be completed within 1 year duration Small Grants Programme
