Olson Diabetes Education Center Program Structure  3—3 Hour Classes  3 Month Follow-up Done Via or Phone  Clients seen at Deaconess Medical Center, Holy Family Hospital, Valley Medical Center, Sacred Heart Medical Center, St. Joseph’s Hospital in Chewelah and over Telehealth  1:1 Appointments as Necessary
