Presentation transcript:

I flow northwest from the Alps until I empty into the North Sea.

I start in Germany and empty into the Black Sea through the border of Romania. I am the second largest one of these in Europe.

I stand between France and Spain.

I follow along the northern border of Kazakhstan to the coast of the Arctic Ocean.

I separate England from Northern France and join the North Sea to the Atlantic Ocean.

Spain, Portugal and Andorra make up what I am.

I am the largest peninsula in Europe. Norway, Sweden, and northern Finland make me up.

I connect to the Atlantic Ocean through the Strait of Gibraltar, and the Italian peninsula sticks out from Europe into me.

I stretch from France to Russia in the North, and lie west of the Urals.

I stretch through nine countries— from the French- Swiss border east to Slovenia.

I am the second largest of these in the world. I lie to the west of Europe

I lie between the United Kingdom and the Scandinavian Peninsula.

I am the largest one of these in Europe. I flow through the western part of Russia from Moscow and empty into the Caspian Sea.

I lie south of Ukraine and north of Turkey, and am completely inland.

I am mostly covered with sea ice and surround northern Europe.
